Help Fund
A Project
Can't make it to the Work Day or want to assist in another way? Fund a project! We will gladly take donations of any amount to help pay for paint, tools, supplies, food, and all else that goes into this day.
If you are a Thrivent member, you are also able to apply for a Thrivent Action Team which will support any volunteer project up to $250! If you have questions or would like to relay any donations you have in mind, reach out to Kaitlyn at kaitlyn@lclcenter.org or by calling the office at 716-386-4125.
Housing & Dietary Needs
If you would like to stay the night at camp at no cost on Friday, May 15th or if you have any dietary restrictions, please reach out to us at the information below. Note that the only meal provided by camp will be lunch on Saturday. We will have plenty of coffee all day to keep the crew going!

Work Day Projects
Cabin Painting
Scrape old, chipped paint and spot paint where needed
Fiesta Tent Set Up
Assist in getting a well-loved camp space prepared for summer
Retreat Center Cleanup
Rake and clean debris from the front circle and back lake view
Trail Maintenance
Trim trees and clean up trails to be hiked by our campers
Tree Trimming
Trim trees around camp that are over-grown or too clos to cabins
Stick and Debris Pickup
Walk around camp to clean the grounds up from trees and debris
Cut Tree Cookies
Cut and sand tree cookies from branches for our staff name tags
Pressure Wash RC
Pressure wash the outside and deck of the Retreat Center
Cabin Cleanout
Clean out the inside of Cabins 10 and Jane
Wood Splitting
Cut and split wood from downed trees to fill winter wood piles
Trinity Knoll (boating area) cleanup
Organize and throw away boat part to clean up property
Help Wherever Needed
