This job is for anyone 18 or older who is passionate, caring, and ready to spend their summer in intentional community. Connecting with kids of all ages while working in a fast-paced environment is the name of the game here at camp!
WHAT
LCLC is a part of the ELCA Lutheran denomination. This means that through our faith, we follow grace-filled values and are welcoming to all of God's people. We care deeply about nature, relationships, and exploring our faith in community.
WHEN
It is expected that everyone on summer staff is at camp the entirety of the summer. season. There is flexibility for pre-planned family trips and school obligations.

Camp: June 28 - August 8
WHERE
Not much beats this work environment! Located on the shoreline of Lake Chautauqua, you will have a front-row seat to beautiful views and access to fun spaces. You'll spend your summer exploring and playing on our 140 acres.
WHY
We know that the work we do changes the world.
Our campers have, will, and continue to change the world and the communities around them.
When you are a part of our summer staff, you get to be a guide for these kids as they explore nature, God, and good relationships. When they learn more about themselves, they can lean more into the amazing people God has called them to be.
